Please join us online this Sunday, April 5 at 6:30pm EDT as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice via Zoom meeting.
After beginning with sitting meditation, we’ll recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, listen to a dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hahn, and have an opportunity to practice dharma sharing together. The entire program will run about 60 minutes total.
