Please join us this Sunday, May 3 at 6:30pm EDT as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice via Zoom meeting.
After sitting meditation, we’ll recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings, watch a video dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hahn, and have an opportunity to practice dharma sharing together. The entire program will run about 60 minutes total.
If you would like to join us, please send an email to wmcsangha@gmail.com, and we will reply with the Zoom link. If you have joined us before in recent weeks at an online sangha meeting, you already have the link.
