On Saturday, January 7, 2023, the Washington Mindfulness Community will join with the Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfax for the annual transmission ceremony of the Three Refuges and the Five Mindfulness Trainings. The online and in-person (at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Oakton, Virginia) ceremony will begin at 9:00 am (Eastern time) and end no later than noon. All WMC practitioners are invited to attend the transmission ceremony. It is a joyous and heartening community event and our presence will support those who are receiving the Mindfulness Trainings.
