Dear Friends,

You are warmly invited to join us for a walking meditation in nature Saturday, November 6 starting at 11 am until noon.

Many of you have participated in this walking meditation in nature in previous years. We'll gather at the gates of the Italian Embassy at the corner of Whitehaven and Massachusetts Ave (3000 Whitehaven St NW) and walk on a quiet, wooded trail in Rock Creek behind the Italian Embassy (which is about a 5 minute drive from Dupont Circle). We likely may stop for a 5 or 10 minute meditation.

Directions from Dupont Circle: Go north on Massachusetts Ave and continue through Sheridan circle staying on Massachusetts Ave. After about 6 blocks, cross the bridge over Rock Creek and take the first left onto Whitehaven St. You may park on the street immediately to your right (note this area of street parking is restricted for embassy staff during the week but not on the weekends). The Italian Embassy gates are immediately on the left.
