Please join us this Sunday, October 4th at 6:30pm EDT as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice via Zoom meeting.
After sitting meditation we’ll do a recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, watch a video dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hahn, and have an opportunity to practice dharma sharing together. The entire program will run about 60 minutes total.
