Dear Friends,
Please join us this Sunday, October 11th at 6:30pm EDT as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice via Zoom meeting.
Along with sitting meditation, dharma talk and dharma sharing, we’ll do a short walking meditation as suggested by Plum Village in honor of Thay’s 94th birthday/continuation day. You may wish to clear a small space near your computer/Zoom device ahead of time so we can walk beautifully together.
They are also asking for photos of sangha members practicing walking meditation, which will be compiled into a digital album and shown to Thay. More details at:
