WMC Online this Sunday 3/29

Dear Friends, 

Please join us online this Sunday, March 29 at 6:30pm EDT as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice via Zoom meeting.

After beginning with sitting meditation, we’ll recite one of our favorite practices, “Nourishing Happiness“, listen to a dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hahn, and have an opportunity to practice dharma sharing together. The entire program will run about 60 minutes total.
