Please join us this Sunday January 31 at 6:30 EST as we hold our weekly WMC mindfulness practice meeting via Zoom.
After sitting meditation, we’ll recite Nourishing Happiness, watch the next section of a continuing dharma talk by Thich Nhat Hahn, and have an opportunity to practice dharma sharing together. Our Sangha is supported by dana - donations given from the heart.
